Changing the Borland Database Engine "Local Share" to true. ALL multi-user
applications of GreenKeeper Pro MUST CHANGE the local share to TRUE!!!!
******* Local Sharing set to "TRUE" will tell the database engine to watch for more than one operator to be entering data or making sales at the same time. If it is not set then there is a large chance that you will save a new product only to find that the product did not get saved. If you think you will have trouble with this please contact us and we will walk you through the process. Step 1
Step 2 Your computer may show the control panel in several different ways. No matter how it is shown double click on "BDE Administrator". If your computer is setup for single click action you will need only click once.
Step 3
"SYSTEM"- "INIT" menu choice if it does then you may skip the next step.

Your computer may already show the "INIT" under "SYSTEM", if not then. Click on the + to the left of
"System". This will again expand your selection choices, showing
Step 6 Click on "INIT" and the right pane will now show various selections for the Configuration INIT.
**** If "Local Share" already says
"TRUE" then no change is required and you may exit the BDE Step 7
Click in the box to the right of "LOCAL
SHARE" and a drop down selection arrow will show the choices FALSE and
TRUE, Step 8
Make SURE that Local Share
is set to "TRUE" then click on "Object" in the upper left
Step 9
When asked if you wish to save edits to INIT click on "OK".
Step 10
Step 11 You can now exit from the BDE Administrator.
You exit by clicking on "Object" and choosing "Exit".
