Owner
Tim has been around since the early days of American Metro. Starting as a salesman in 1982, he has been instrumental in growing this business into the nationwide success it is today. As dedicated to the customers as he is to the business, he purchased the company in 1987, thus ensuring anyone with a point of sale need would receive the products and services they required.

Nadya El-Afandi
Owner/Payment Systems Specialist
Nadya has been working with American Metro since 2003, bringing an extensive background of credit card, networking and wireless solutions with her. The integration of cash registers with credit cards was a perfect fit for the direction American Metro was heading, and as such, Nadya invested in the business to become a co-owner. These days, she continues to look for new ways to provide industry leading payment processing solutions.

Warren Bailey
Sales Specialist
Warren is the front line sales and support person for the point of sale software package known as AIMsi. With a strong emphasis on golf course solutions, this former golf pro knows the challenges of retail/rental environments. Through this knowledge, he has helped develop custom applications for pro shops and retail establishments where sales, inventory management, scheduling and loyalty cards are prevalent.

Sales Specialist
Scott comes to American Metro with a background in advertising sales. This gives him an aptitude for getting inside the mind of his clients and really figuring out what they need to make their event run flawlessly. Focusing on large events like mall kiosks, festivals and conventions is a tall order. Fortunately, he's got the height for it.
