New In GreenKeeper Pro - Tee Sheet
This year GreenKeeper Pro will offer you an electronic tee sheet. Here is a sneak peek of the proposed screens. The tee sheet will replace the need for customer lookup. You will have already set the customer when you assign them to a tee time. **These may vary in the finished product. Create your Tee Time Database in advance, choosing the range of months, the first and last times of the day, and the minute increment for each tee time.
You are now Ready to use the Tee Sheet.
The Date will automatically be set to today's date. However, you can easily change it to the required date. It will also automatically select the AM or PM sheet depending on the time of day.
To assign players to a tee time simply make your choice using the buttons on the left and then press the time. You may assign each player individually or assign all 4 tee time slots to a single player.
The tee sheet will show the tee time, the last name of the players assigned to a time slot, how many players in the group, and if the individual player has checked in or not. You also will be able to quickly pick tee times that are available by color. If the tee is red it is locked, yellow shows there is room to assign more players, white means the time is totally open, and finally green shows the tee time is full .
To check in a player you will need to choose which player(s) to check in, select the player that you will complete the sale under and then click on the tee time. If player number 1 is checking in and will also pay for player 2 you would select player 1 and player 2 in the "Check In:" section and then select player 1 in the "Sale Credited To:" section. This will ring the sale under player 1 in the POS. If you wish to track all of the players you will need to check them in individually.
The Misc tab will allow you to Lock a tee time, clear assigned players, copy all players from one time to another, move players to another tee time, and view the tee sheet in grid format.
