After all, that's just the first stage of the sales process. Sure, each piece of equipment is pre-programmed and ready for sales once it arrives, but how do you use it?
This is where that word "easy" comes into play. Each machine has streamlined programming built with the end user in mind. This is where our policy on training and support starts. We provide documentation outlining the basic functions of each register. One button per sales item and barcode scanning make ringing in sales easy. Completing the sale, performing returns, running reports are all accomplished with a few simple keystrokes. All these things are clearly spelled out in the documentation.
These "cheat sheets" provide step by step instructions on all the common functions performed throughout the sales day, and also include any customized instructions based on additional customer needs. These guides are shipped with each rental, and are also sent via email with plenty of time before sales go live. This gives each customer a chance to look over the operation instructions and get a feel for how the equipment will function even before the equipment arrives.
