All equipment is configured to individual specifications and arrives programmed, ready to plug in and operate. When a retailer receives their pre-programmed, ready for sales equipment, they will receive detailed instructional documentation. They can also call for a complete phone training session. All aspects of the new system(s) will be covered during training, including:

  • Operation of cash register/ POS and credit card processing equipment
  • Discussion of common retail practices
  • Specific item and register programming changes
  • How credit card funds received will automatically be deposited into the specified bank account
